Cabin Rental

-6 bedrooms & sleeps up to 12 guests 

-Check-in: Thursday at 12 noon

-Check-out: Monday 10 am

-Rate: $2400

-Method of payment: cash or check only

-Reservation: First come first serve basis; a nonrefundable deposit is required ($900)

-Final Payment: due the week of the wedding upon check-in

-Check is Payable to: Enchanted Acres Cabin

 By booking this cabin, you agree to abide by the following terms & conditions:

-Occupants must not exceed 12 guests

-Linens: all must be collected and put downstairs in the utility room 

-Trash: all trash is to be collected and taken to the dumpster outside 

-Dishes etc: all must be washed and put away 

-Grill: must be cleaned and scraped 

-Smoking: Outside/Outdoor only

-No shoes inside the cabin

-No-pet policy 

-No one is allowed by the horse barn/animals without the presence of the owners.

-Don't ride/feed the pets or horses

-No smoking in the horse barn   ​

​​-Any damages discovered upon check-in require a prompt notification to Ryan.  Otherwise, you are responsible for the damages caused by you or your guests and an additional fee will apply ​​​​

​ -Other fees: in the event that the cabin requires extra cleaning beyond the normal use, e.g. putting linens in utility/washing dishes, an additional fee applies to pay for clean-up
